Church building risk assessments. For any persons with a position of responsibility within the church. Responsible persons are required to read all risk assessments relevant to the area of the building they operate in and must complete the sheet in the main file in ministers office confirming so.

If the responsible persons whilst reading the assessment sheets note further additional requirements they should notify Sean Benford.
